I always wondered why have so lyrics for relations / friendships between males as in Hellbent, 1963, Perfetst kiss, Here To Stay? Im not homophobic and do not want to offend anyone but it is strange to focus on that side a thorough.

Never pick apart NO lyrics. Barney does not know what they are about much of the time. Think about this, you go from having what many consider the greatest lyricist of all time (Ian) to having to start from scratch. Do you try to emulate him or say fuck it and do it your own way?

What subjects do most rock lyrics cover anyway? Love usually. "o baby I love you so much take your pants off." I like Bernard's "you waste your time like my money it aint so funny (don't waste my money baby)"

Enjoy them without thinking about their meaning.
