The Dallas Stars crushed les Habs 5-1 last night. Jason Arnott had his fourth hat trick and first in the new American Airlines Centre.

Many pundits speculate that the road to the Cup comes through Dallas.

What do the hockey fans here think?

I think we seriously suck!!!!

Something is VERY wrong with this team.. and NOBODY knows what it is...

Nobody is working except:

Jose Théodore Jeff Hackett Patrice Brisebois Andrei Markov Saku Koivu Richard Zednik Yannic Perreault

And the defensive line (Juneau/Dackell/Bulis).. all the rest is CRAP this year.

I think the NY Islanders beat the Dall -SS Stars this year already...that being said they are doing well since the handcuffs were removed when the coach was canned, which is why the flyers are doing so well cause they needed someone like him the get that team going forward...

Yeah, yeah, yeah....... :)

IMHO, the Stars are doing better because the NHL is cracking down on all the "clutch and grab" BS. Our skaters can finally skate and teams that are used to "dump and chase" are in for a world of hurt.

You wouldn't be a charter member of "NoGoal.com" would you???? :D

Though I've been out of there for two weeks, working on here and being depressed of the team's effort there days

come now...the season isn't even a third of the way over yet...of course it's funny to see how everyone talks about the new freewheeling style of the Stars, but how many of you have noticed, not a single team in the Western Conference has allowed fewer goals than the Stars???

and that's with the Stars playing more games than any other team...

That's thanks to one Marty Turco, who has been nothing short of sensational. He is tied for the lead in shutouts with none other then former Stars goalie Ed Belfour.

.....that and the Stars already have more victories by a margin of the three or more goals than all of last season.

The hated Red Wings are in town tonight. Gosh, if we only still had Hully...........think of the firepower......
