Very sad about old Joe(even if he was a lefty, but he was a Chelsea fan). A top album and a very difficult choice between 'Rudie Cant Fail' and 'Guns Of Brixton' R.I.P Joe.
A solid record from start to finish. I picked "Lost in the Supermarket" becuase of the line "I wasn't born so much as I fell out, nobody seem to notice me"
Tough one. I don't know why but I voted for "Lost in the Supermarket". I could have picked "London Calling", "Death or Glory", "Train in Vain", "Brand New Cadillac", "Spanish Bombs"...

Today, it's The Right Profile, though I used to sing the Nembutal numbs it all....but I prefer alcohol... line all of the time when the album came out. :)
Also found it hilarious that the same American record company, who two years earlier wouldn't release the bands first album, would put a sticker on the album proclaiming "18 New Songs From The Only Band That Matters".
'spanish bombs' is one of my favourite songs, and the best song ever written about the spanish civil war (yes, there are others!). i could listen to it a zillion times and never tire of it, 'o mi corazon'.
