Notwist - any good?

Review said 'like update of New Order circa Low Life' which sounds like a recommendation in my book. Anyone heard them? Are they any good?
And why do I keep getting unable to display page messages when I try to edit or post, dammit!!
I've heard alot of recommendations for the band, especially on pitchforkmedia.com. If you go to their site, check out their top 50 albums of 2002 - I think theyre somewhere in the top 10, possibly the top 5. I think Neon Golden is pretty decent. I've been listening to it almost every night this month before I go to sleep. They do a good job of turning 'electronic' music into perfect pop songs. So I guess they're definately in the Order vein, except they're german ;) And their singer sounds more like Stuart Murdoch than Barney.
i love Lali Puna (includes a member of Notwist) on the Morr Music label and from the songs i've heard from Notwist, they are pretty much the same but with a different vocalist and heavier on the acoustic side than the more electronic sounding Lali Puna. mmmmrunonsentencesaregreatonweb....
check out the awesome double disc compilation Putting The Morr Back In Morrissey on Morr Music...every tracks a winner and i believe Notwist have at least one song on there.
i really do not see the comparisons between the notwist and new order--but i could almost picture the comparisions to low-life. the notwist though are amazing. check out their two newest albums 'shrink' and 'neon golden,' in fact just go to their website and watch their videos..notwist.com, i think. and yeah, their newer stuff has a really good vibe, nice electronics and even a free-jazzy vibe on some songs. the older stuff is still *really* good but is louder and they were pretty much a punk/metal outfit. i'd have to say that the notwist for me are a better version of radiohead, if that makes any sense..

best to wait until the end of feb. they are re-releasing it domestically. aaaaaand, three bonus tracks!
