oranges have a significant symbolic impact in the godfather films.

in the 1st one whenever you see oranges it means someone is about to die (eg marlon brandos death scene was in an orange grove)

so maybe they are the only fruit.

As for citrus...give me oranges, tangerines, and tangelos. I just can't eat lemons! I use to eat grapfruit but now I must stay away from them because they clash with one of my meds.

contrary to popular belief, tomatoes are, in fact, fruit, as they are the fruit of the tomato plant. however, as i dislike tomatoes intensely, i don't rate them as either fruit or vegetable, but as manure, so...

kiwis, lychees and bananas. the latter with peanut butter. yum. but are these all technically fruit? i don't really know....

toms are the only fruit that you can make ketchup from....
