Of course, I'm not including an "other", so if you were a member of the Academy, which one would you have picked?

Shame on me, I've just seen #2 :D

The best on the list is GONY, but the best i've seen this years is "A man without past" of Akï Kaurísmaki.

The title is my translation from spanish to english, not the official one.

"Talk to her" and Almodovar....:nono: :nonono:

Then of course there was "Barney's Erotic Adventures on The Planet of The Apes" (again, the purple dinosaur)

Ape (obviously hot): Hello there, big fella!

Barney (oblivious): And what's your name, little friend?

Ape: Ooh! Ooh! (start's humping Barney's leg)

Barney: Oh, oh my, stop.......wait, wait, that feels good...oh yeah (porno music starts)

Gangs of New York will become a cult classic. it is IMO one of Scorsese's best.

Only saw 2 movies in a theater last year: Two Towers and 24HRPP. Voted for the former.

I'm for Gangs of New York since there is Leonardo di Caprio playing - because he played in the Beach, where New Order music is ("Brutal"). That's all.

24HrPP or Igby Goes Down. I haven't seen any on the list, though.

...only because "Minority Report" is NOT on the list and there's no "other" option, Mister Poll Starter

I think the best film of 2002 was 'Harry Potter & The Chamber Of Secrets' but you didn`t include that (nor did those Academy snobs) so I voted for 'The Two Towers'

original or US remake?

Well, seeing as a decent wholesome Christian movie hasn't come out since 1959 or so, I voted for "The Ten Commandments" :D

"Where's your God now, see?" (Edward G. Robinson, of course)
