This is the final contest between oh-so-sweet Disney cartoons and sarcastic-as-hell Warner Brothers cartoons. :evil4:

I would argue that Warner Brothers put out the superior product. what with Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Foghorn Leghorn, Porky Pig, Pepe LePue, etc etc. Disney is too saccharine sweet for me, though I'll watch anything with Donald Duck. Otherwise, I have no use for Disney (and NO, this has nothing to do with the fact that I never got to ride the Dumbo Ride at the Disney resort in Florida. I've had years of therapy to get over that!)

Anyway, if you have another brand of cartoons you'd like to cite, go ahead and regale us all with its glory. :D

Warners is my fave by a mile. I grew up with Bugs Bunny - couldn't be bothered with Disney but I loved Fantasia.

I mean...ya got Bugs, Daffy, Marvin Martian....Duck Dodgers in the 24th and a half CENTURY! What's Opera Doc? That has GOT to be the best of the lot except for maybe Rabbit of Seville.

there's something really subversive about warner brothers. i never really liked cartoons, but i've always liked WB ones. having said that, as a cat lover i've hated tweety bird from day one, the little f*cker, for tormenting poor sylvester like that. ditto with tweety bird's owner, the old lady. she should be beaten senseless with her own broom for animal cruelty, the old bat.

I wanna get the Who Framed Roger Rabbit DVD, just cuz the advert showed the clip of Donald Duck and Daffy Duck in a dueling pianos contest at a nightclub...One of my fave moments of that movie and pure class!

WB get's my vote. (NOT the TV station)

Warner Brothers. In the words of my cartoon connaisseur sister, "The WB characters have faults, unlike the goody good Disney characters. Some of them have ONLY faults, but... that's what makes them funny".

I never liked Disney, not even when I was a little kid.
