ah - henry paul - he hasn't really settled yet, but iestyn harris did very well at inside centre for 20 mins at the end of the wales scotland match, given a start though was a bit anonymous.
ireland had a couple of ex league players & they did alright & scott gibbs recent comments were very interesting

No doubt about that. Not seen much League in recent years but spent my life at The Willows from January 1963 onwards. Saw Dai Watkins make his debut in 1967 when he scored two drop goals, a try and lost his shorts.
Favourite description of League is 'Formation Mugging'
Still go to the Cup Final every year and this year it is in Cardiff of course. The nearest hotel we could find is in Bristol! Any reccomended boozers in Bristol?

where abouts is your hotel? let me know & will advise of where's good near there - also if you have any specific drink requirements
So I've been told that the Kings Head on Victoria St., Smiles Brewery Tap, Highbury Vaults and the Bridge are THE places to drink. Now as these details have been provided by a 47 year old, balding, belly gutted, real ale afficionado, I suspect these places will not be heaving with scantily dressed, nubile 18 year females. But I could be wrong. Any further suggestions?

highbury vaults & brewery tap certainly do good beer (smiles). not sure about the bridge or the kings head. brewery tap gets the odd nubile 18 year old in, but not many

well your right by one of the three most popular areas for drinking in the city, corn street area has a whole host of bars & gets full of nubile young lasses, especially on a weekend.
highbury vaults a bit out the way, brewery tap pretty close, as is the kings head going by the road name.
2nd drinking area also close by - the waterfront - johnny giles & al jarvis have been to bits of that on their visits though when al visited was after a heavy night so not much was drank...
corn street or the waterfront will provide you with the skirt quotient you want easily, stay away from the elephant pub though ;) revolution vodka bar could be good start point
