Who will pass?

Now, after 3-1 and injuries, things have changed, as Dylan said.

What do you think?

I'm English, but I'm cheering Real on. I simply really, really hate the Mancs.

2-0 to Real, leaving the three Manchester-based ManYoo fans crying I bet.

Unfortunately, this being half time your prediction isn't right, but the fact that ManYoo is finished is definite. As for my location, I don't give a toss about Ajax either. It should have been Arsenal instead of them.

What a match!!!

4-3, Manchester with courage, but Real is best team. That's the difference.

Oh yes Eduardo, what a match. Just wait until Real come up against the mighty Chelsea next season. Ronaldo v John Terry will be worth the entrance money alone.

Ok, we'll wait until next year.

I've always liked Hasselbaink. I don't know Terry

Look on those crowd members is fantastic.

As a United fan, I applaud Madrid (I didn't expect us to go through after the 1st leg result); world apart.

I applaud Ronaldo: Class is class, no question.

I applaud United's effort tonight, that's why I support 'em.

Most of all: I applaud the Reds' support tonight. Unfortunately, I wasn't in attendance, but the noise coming through from the box gave me a lump in my throat.

York City, local team. And Liverpool if I have to choose a Premiership team.

BTW, Old Trafford, 1995, 3-0 to us. Royally OWNED!

Fair enough mate, I remember 95. Not making excuses but we don't really give a rattling fuck about that compo for years. So I can't really slag you for choosing Liverpool.

Will say good on ya for your choice in music! :thumb:

Yeah but Fergie now does, wonder why? :)

Why Beckham was not in the first 11?

Ferguson is becoming a superstar. Real would have never played a definitve match without Raul or Zidane, the souls of Real Madrid.

I think we know the guy to the left in the red tracksuit - isn't that John who comes to all the gigs ? Jarvo ? Anyone ?

Does look a bit like John, but it's not him.

Besides, John's not ManYoo, he's a Bury supporter. Presumably because he was born and raised in Bury, I should imagine? A concept quite alien to the average ManYoo fan: supporting your local team and not simply jumping on the bandwagon to support someone else's. Having said that, Bury's basically a Manc suburb so even fairer play to him that he didn't attach himself to one of the 'bigger' local teams in the area.

You mean the peoples club on Merseyside? They have a Yeovil branch and two in Wales as well. Quite a few EFC fans on here as well, no locals. Hi Muffy and Liv:waves:

My parents neigbours in Luton are both early 20's and are 'diehard' (snigger) Evertonians but obviously neither of them go. They just got into football at a time when Everton were one of the greats of the British game. If they'd have been born five years ago they'd probably be Gooners now. C'est la vie.

Been meaning to ask who made the most noise inside Luton during the ban? I seem to remember a bit of a cheer when we scored.

Arsenal probably, or Chelsea. Think most London fans just picked up memberships for us anyway just to see their one game.

I work with a few ManYoo fans who pay 25notes each season for Arsenal membership (actually I think it's got down to 20 this season, not sure), just to get tickets for that one clash a year. They have to keep it up year in / year out cos the Arsenal waiting list is, like, six years long now or something so you can't really afford to let it go. However, even membership doesn't guarantee you a ticket. I've got an auto-redial phone at work and it redialled 411 times in an hour to get through to ticketmaster for the game which Henry won with the hit & hope shot two years back.

Actually sat in the Colchester end for our game against them on Monday. Wonderful. To win 5-0 away from home and be stuck amongst their fans!
