In the future, computers will not need moniters. Instead, through a series of intricately arranged letters arranged on a keyboard-like contraption, people can "type" onto "paper" what they have to say, then send it via "mail" in an "envelope" along with a "stamp" to whoever it is intended to. This way, computer interaction is set back at least ten to one hundred years :D

bit worrying to see it doesn't have two GHZs. Won't one get lonely?

I'm relieved about the case design. I have a first-generation G4 (the ones with the handsome gray pinstriping) and it's a thing of beauty to behold, but every refinement since has been increasingly ugly.

Mirrored drive doors? Some freaky air intake like a tricked-out Chevy? Exposed chrome speaker cone? Yuck.

But this thing is gorgeous.

Michael et al, Wired has a nifty article about Mac industrial designer Jonathan Ive here.

I think the guy should get into record production.

Absolutely gorgeous! Initially i was turned off by the grill front, but what a way to fit in the system cooling functions in to the design. Another great work from Ive :thumb: I can't wait to take photoshop for a spin on that speed monster!
