i don´t know anything about cut´s names in other countries. every country has its special way to cut a cow in pieces :D

here´s the way brazilians do it: 1- cupim 2- pescoço 3- peito 4- paleta 5- ponta de agulha 6- fraldinha 7- filé mignon 8- capa de filé 9- contrafilé 10- filé da costa 11- picanha 12- patinho 13- coxão mole 14- coxão duro 15- lagarto 16- músculo dianteiro 17- músculo traseiro 18- costela 19- ponta de alcatra ou maminha 20- alcatra 21- entrecôte ou chuleta 22- acém 23- aba de filé

this is the argentinian way: 1 Azotillo 2 Primo 3 Paleta chata 4 Jamón de paleta 5 Paleta 6 Puchero especial 7 Tira de lomo 8 Costilla 9 Costeleta rolliza 10 Costeleta lisa 11 Asado 12 Falda 13 Vacío 14 Matambre 15 Verija 16 Colita de cuadril 17 Choquizuela 18 Trasjamón 19 Peceto 20 Puchero especial

What a strange thread.

I eat churrasco almost every day, I'm trying to stop living before completing 30 years. But, as I quit smoking, I'll probably get to 35.

After all, I'm in a land of meat.
