I'd join, but I don't know how to play American football. I've had more success with soccer or real football but am still bad at it.

you can join even if you cannot attend the draft, the computer will randomly assign you the best available players. also, even if you do not understand american football, you can pick players based on player rankings.

wen, i work next tuesday and wednesday night till 11pm chicago time. i dont want to miss the draft because thats the best part of fantasy football. any chance you can change it to next thursday night? i get off work at 6pm that night. thanks, kamar

I'm all signed up! However, it sucks that I won't be able to draft (I guess I'll just have to be happy with the auto-draft). I've got a play-off basketball game 15 minutes after the draft starts......

i can move the draft time, i just need everyone to tell me when is a good time. The first two weeks of august isn't good for me because i'm out of town, other than that, I'm flexible

who's the tuna? is he portuguese? the older italian imigrants out here still call the portuguese "tuna." i guess it has something to do with the italians losing jobs on the tuna fishing boats in the 30's & 40's to the portuguese.

so is fantasy football very involved? whats the process? is it just comparing numbers?

Pretty much. You can be involved with it as much as you want to. you pick your player for the different positions. The better they perform, the more points your player makes for you. If your player is not performing well, you can bench him and give another player a try or see what free agents are availble to sign. Our league is set up for all the teams to go head to head each week. you play a different team in the league each week, if you have have more points than you opponent, you win.

wen, here are the best times for me:

Mondays---any time before 10pm chicago time of course or after midnight Tuesdays---any time before 4pm Wdnesdays---any time before 4pm thursdays---any time during day fridays before 3pm saturdays---before 2pm sundays after midnight

as this might change cause im looking for a new job, im being really difficult about this. sorry everyone. if i miss the draft, i want all bears players. just kidding!

No, Bill Parcells is not Portuguese. "Tuna" comes from a very long story having to do with an old ad campaign for Starkist Tuna whose main character was Charlie the Tuna.

Ok, I set the draft time in september. I hope this works for everyone.

Monday, September 1 at 5:30 pm EDT

This will be the last time I change it. I can't really do it in august because I'm away for the first 2 weeks of the month, and I have a whole lot of work to greet me when I get back. :(
