the other day one of my first period students came into class...wearing a celtic shirt! his best friend, also in my first period class, is a man yoo supporter. gee, deja vu!

i thought of you as well while flipping through a football catalog (there wan't much else to look at in this mechanics waiting room. my band's van broke down outside of Lodi, CA while we were on tour). there was a two page spread devoted to Celtic gear. the only other team to get more pages than Celtic was Man U (a whopping 4 pages.)

i can't imagine anyone in Lodi, CA sporting Celtic gear. It isn't a very big football town...

north of stockton (where the band Pavement was from) south of Sacramento (our capital) jammed between the 5 and the 99, in lovely San Joaquin County.
