Old Monkey can you expain to me in detail how to get onto cd gigs from easytree.org.I have a Nero 5 and just cannot seem to manage it.I am struggling like hell.

Most files you download from Easytree will be either SHN or FLAC files, so in order to play them you will need a free player like Foobar 2000 (for FLAC) and a SHN plug-in for Winamp if you want to play SHN files.
If you are using Nero 5, you have two choices:
- you could convert the FLAC or SHN files back to WAV before burning the CDs, in which case you would need to download a FLAC converter (FLAC Frontend is freeware, very useful tool)
- you could download the FLAC/SHN plug-in from the Nero website (in the resources area of the site) which will allow you to burn FLAC and SHN files directly.
