FAC 171 for sale

I have for sale a very rare invitation/card for COMPACT, known as FAC 171. It is a gold embossed card for "an instillation for New Order and Factory Communications: Limited designed by Peter Saville Associates." I've never seen another one of these; measures 8.5" x 6" opened up. In excellent condition, with some minor age wear and light creasing.

am i missing something here? an entire new order back catologue including 12" ,cds and casettes for £70 ? or is it £70 for a bit of old card? if you want £70 then good luck my son, hope you get it,if you do then tell me then i may start selling the old lady's soiled pants on ebay for £50 a time............
