The problem with these kind of threads is that it's not very helpful to those who want to win the particular item (now that it's advertised to all and sundry)...

I've already got it, btw, but I do know that it doesn't appear very often, is extremely difficult to find, and took me years to find a copy...

Yup, it sure is rare!

Where was it released? The US? It was never officially released as a single in the UK or it may've been withdrawn before it was actually distributed.

Speaking of which, was Monaco's I've Got A Feeling single ever released properly? I heard at the time that they couldn't get clearance for a sample used on the b-side so it never went to the shops. Now that would be a rarity!

BTW, I've got Until The End Of Time as well. Is it possible to feature the mixes of it here on the audio section?

Let's just hope that the poor sap who buys it doesn't end up with a DIY home burnt amateur remix fake-orama!

I do like the fact that its at £82 and the Reserve isn't met.... thats one confident seller!

It sounds like the seller has an inkling of just how rare the bugger is and is out ordering champers and hampers on the back of a large killing!

I wonder where he got it from? How many are there of it around? Just five copies or something? I've got all the mixes on it as part of a compilation a friend did of rare stuff, including soundchecks and that.

One day, it will be mine... oh yes, it will be mine :evil4:

Only released as a promo, and distributed to those that had sent in the reply card that came free with the "Raise The Pressue" album in the UK (i.e. the standard type of card where you fill in your details, and the record company sends a whole load of crap in the post)!

I actually did this, but never received the offer... (sour grapes)...

Yup, apparently released only in Europe... Luckily I managed to grab one when it was available, and yup (although Ally would be able to provide more info), there was a problem with a sample on one of the b-side songs...

As for how the UTEOT mixes sound, dancey/cluby - the type of mix that K-Klass are noted for... Must actually play the bugger again at some point! ;)

Is the 12" version worth anything?

Yeah, the 12" was also produced in limited quantities - dunno how much it's worth?

Obviously, more people want the CD than the 12" (same mixes, but incorrectly titled), so who knows...?

It's now up to £100 with a couple of days left to run on the listing. Place your bets now that it goes as far as £150?

Which begs the question:

What's the most sought-after/rare NO item? I know the original Sordide Sentimentale issue of the Atmosphere/Dead Souls 12" only numbered something like 1,400 copies but what are the Order equivalents?

Just got the 12" for £14.99 on Netsounds...

what about this badge? no one's bid on it yet (and it ain't gonna be me!). do you think it's a fair price for such a small item?

Obviously An Ideal For Living 7" is worth the most (£650 ish). BM88 CDV is hard to get, Multi-coloured vinyl PCL, and those mysterious Komakino green flexis (if they even exist).
