I have been trying for some time to find a copy of the original UK New Order Factory CD, Power, Corruption and Lies (FACD 75, 1986), either on its own or particularly with the CD car carry case. I have been searching for months on all of the well known (and obscure) music collector's online stores (eil, eBay, Gemm, MusickStack, Vinyl Exchange etc etc), and was wondering whether you might know where my best bet would be in tracking one down?

Your best bet is eBay and I'm sure I saw one on there recently.
I was fortunate enough to hoover up the remaining FACD New Order albums I needed on there a few months ago for about £18 (Movement, PC&L, Low-life) I already owned Technique and Brotherhood.
The car carry cases regularly go for silly money so unless you're willing to seriously shell out (£100+) for them I'd forget about finding one for a reasonable price.
Personally, I'm happy enough with just the original FACD album pressings ;) Keep your eyes peeled on eBay though, I've seen about 3 in the last few months and they went for less than a tenner.
