I am looking for any Joy Division posters in EXCELLENT condition. I prefer no fucked up reprints, but reprints done right or even better, originals. Paticularly, the Transmission poster.

Found one, but the whore is too faraway.

I would like to find a Still poster, but that will probably never happen.

Thx

Hi Gary,

How are you?

Let us know the results... I'll do those Italy gigs for you over the weekend.

One way of getting good "posters" is to scan album covers, increase the size, say double, and then take the file to a local print shop. I did this with the centre art for Movement and got an A3ish poster. It looks good framed. I know it's not original and will infringe copyright but it still looks good on my wall.

I might try this with Unknown Pleasures.

Just as an aside there are lots of rip-off posters (or used to be) on eBay. I made the mistake a buying an "original" of the inner of the re-issue of Atmosphere (1988) and I got a really poorly scanned print for my £15 :banghead: My own fault for being gullible, I guess.

It would be useful if anyone has a list of original issue posters...

i'm picky so...and i think long before i decide on wether or not to purchase something...

i just don't like buying from overseas cos of all the things going on and our postal workers being thieving gorillas that they are...

but thanks for response...keep updating if you find anything

In the UK, not originals, but a fairly reliable company - Push Posters.

If you're ever in Manchester, these guys sell both originals (for a large price) or reproduction posters - Vinyl Revival - they're at the end of Oldham Street (where Picadilly Records/Vinyl Exchange are), turn left...
