Run 2 7" Radio Promo valuation.

Hi, Just getting round to selling part of my record/CD collection on e-bay and am after some advice.

Can anyone tell me what value I can expect for the RUN 2 7" radio promo Fac 273/7 in mint condition? Record Collector 2008 book lists this DJ promo as only 500 being pressed and worth £20. Is that realistic, high, low?

£30 max for a minty mint example,although i did sell one one Ebay last year and it fetched £52.

There is a copy on a site i use for £28,so i would suggest a price of £30 for your copy.
