I would say fake. There were a lot of these Radio 1 Germany promos around about 4 years ago. Sellers were usually in croatia or Russia.
Yep defo,i have a copy of this one and the krafty "radio hannover" promo,they are BOTH bootlegs beyond ANY shadow of a doubt,i'm glad i didn't buy them.....
In fact i emailed the seller on ebay and told him they were bootlegs and he told me to fuck off!
Which is nice! 
Suspected as much.
Still chasing a SLY CD promo.
Good to see the usual suspects still active in these parts! Must drop by more often.
