You could get slaughtered for doing that !! Bootlegs are ok when given away or swapped, but selling them is another matter, particularly as blatantly and publicly as that. Maybe a rethink ?

No, more a case of opening himself up to be shot at. Selling bootlegs on E-bay isn't a wise thing to do. Let's face it, there's no way that Elazaro could have recorded those gigs himself - having bootlegs isn't the issue, profiteering from them is. Most bands turn a blind eye to people exchanging or giving away recordings, but when people start to charge for them (or even wanting blank CDs and postage costs), then you start to get onto commercial and dodgy grounds.
