which one is everyone else doing?

We'll be doing both, it's just a case of working out all the bits between A and B!!!

I'll try to make Southside (the one near Stuttgart), unless something very unexpecteh happens, it's relatively close, traffic conections from where I am are good. I'm begining to consider doing both Southside and Barcelona now. Just to begin preparing myself, could anyone with a lot of experience tell me how much (roughly) would it cost ?

Apparently one-day tickets will be on sale in April, until then there are only two-day tickets which are €89. We don't yet know which day will be the Order, though the latest speculation is that it will be Southside on the Saturday and Hurricane on the Sunday. I'm really looking forward to these, had to miss them in 2002 so will be extra determined to get there this time.

I have friends in Stuttgart, one of them used to work as a bouncer, had an interesting RHCP drug story. The more I think about this one the more I'm certain I'll go. OK, I'm 100% now. (keep editing today) How difficult is it to get there from Stuttgart ? Is there any organized transport ?

You can go from Hurricane to Southside by train. It's an 8 hour ride, you have to change trains 3 times, and will cost you around 120 €. I can give details when needed. But it also depends on which day you would drive.

And from Stuttgart to the Southside site itself ?

From Stuttgart you can take a direct train to Tuttlingen, there will be a shuttle service according to www.southside.de It's a 2 hour ride and cost around 20 €

Can you please keep me updated on the way to get between A and B? As Barcelona is a no go, I am well up for this. Never been to germany before.
