i mean, health & safety are fine but i really think that beer in plastic bottles is crap. plus, adds up to the rain forest catastrophe.
i'm sure that many of you have had (at gigs and, especially festivals) a few hidden cans or glass bottles. oh dear, i'm worried, don't you ever get caught?
what do you think?
plastic or glass?
Dunno about plastic bottles hurting the rainforest, but they're are certainly an appalling thing to vegans, being made from BILLIONS of corpses, instead of just one like leather.
Then vegans are instensely stupid and their sympathy for "all" animals extends only to cut and furry ones...save the whale...but genocide on smallpox is OK, cos it's not cute and can't spit out of the top of it's head.
Anyway gimme glass anytime, it's much more inert than plastic, and doesn't taste the beer, odd you mention cans, I think they ruin the beer too.
I wonder tho....sicne glass is not a solid, but a very viscous liquid....what would happen to a beer bottle left for mellenia....would the beer and glass start to mix, or just run off in 2 different directions.
EDIT, you got me thinking, I wonder if I could find, secure and transport succesfully, a bottle of decent Poteen. Not stuff to fuck with, more like acid (lysurgic, not battery) than alcohol.
