let's hear it for the last performed version on IALP at the Apollo gig in 1998. how about this for an encore on Monday – Warsaw/Chosen Time/In A Lonely Place what would be your ideal combination of JD and NO songs, to the power of 3?

No JD

All New Order.

This JD stuff is becoming a bit passe (with one of those funny French things on the 'e')

you know, a bit like an apostrophe, but posher.

I was hoping for it at Brixton but they didn't. What a shame. But if they play Chosen Time they'll be Doubts Even Here.

They'd come back on to the Vikings theme, then launch into Sunrise to kick the shit out of us. Follow up with Decades for the sentimental nostalgics amongst us (Here are the old men) and then round off with the greatest song ever, the one and only AGE OF CONSENT. :thumb:

Personally I'd like 3 Order songs - Age of Consent (a fast one), EGG (a medium paced one) and sunrise (mental one) :D

Just play & for fucks sake! (please)

For an encore, I'd very very much enjoy three NO songs. The JD trilogy doesn't work for me, She's Lost Control was probably the best of them, and if they must play it I'd prefer it in the main set. If they have to do Warsaw they could always open with it, and move Ceremony to the encore. I never want to hear them do Shadowplay again!

It's true - bless 'em for trying but it did sound absolutely pants.

Am I the only one that enjoyed the entire gig, including the JD encore? I thought it was joyeous night and some brave choices of songs.

To be honest I'll just settle for an encore! We take 'em for granted these days, and to be fair they do include them in the setlist, but anything at all is still a bonus.

But I still wish they would walk back on, Bernard would say "This song's called Pumped Full of Drugs" and they'd launch into This Time of Night followed by Chosen Time and a 25 minute long EGG
