Has anyone been refunded by Live Gigs Online yet? Time is getting on and I've not had my fiver returned yet. It was indeed a shame that the webcast of this top gig was ruined by a feeble technical system, although LGO were quick to pass the buck and imply that someone was attempting to hack in in order to sell the footage!
If you have or have not been refunded, please post here as I want to know if LGO are keeping their word.

Well, I won't be looking for a refund - the few times I viewed it, it worked perfectly - as i was at the gig, i wasn't bothered by the live f-up

It may not be of great significance to you, as you were physically present at the gig, but for those of us who weren't and signed-up for the webcast, it was a frustrating experience. One would hope that LGO are not dragging their feet regarding refunds as that would be a poor do. They admitted they'd fucked up technically but now let's see the colour of your cash, LGO!
No, I've not received any communication from them at all. Even though I e-mailed them all the details they said they needed to do the refund. I'm feeling pretty pissed off with them, but more so at myself for not making the journey to Manchester!:\ohwell: 
No refund, but that wasn't really necessary. Got a few apollogizing emails plus a fresh code-word for a few days of extra livestreampleasure. It worked pretty well.

Sorry about that - I just re-read my post & I can see that it seemed smug - that was totally unintended. I know many of you were complaining about the service & hope you all get your refunds
