Been on the www.manchestervcancer.co.uk website and it mentions the Doves, Smiths' bassist, Mani and Hooky- no mention of NO actually performing on 28/01/05. Where did the evidence that NO are playing come from- or is it just a rumour, and Hooky's just playing with that 3xsuper bassist group?
NO or just Hooky at MEN?

Last week the site was saying that they had confirmed.
Now we just wait.
Don't go booking any time off work or anything. Just WAIT.

It's weird.Last week that very website advertised that NO were going to be playing, and now they've been removed.Shame, thought they maybe showcasing some new stuff from the next album.
You never know, apparently we'll be told this week (according to those e-mails sent to the MancAid website)...
Personally, I'm keeping my fingers crossed! ![]()
