It´s True or fact? New Order will play in November here´s?

Not again! Nothing that has been heard of here yet, that is for sure. You'll have to wait and see.

True or Fact? Isn't that one and the same?

But, blimey, rumour gets around quick!

I received an email from a Brazilian promoter asking my help to get in contact with them, that's a fact.

I forwarded his email to the management and (apparently) the wrong booking agent, they have a seperate one for the Americas... so...

But, seriously, which promoter is fool enough to go through this way? Probably not a serious one!

the producers named on this rumour are reliable: CIE. and they already have NO´s phone number! ;)

honestly, November is a logical date, not like May was (the other rumour). the great majority of southamerican festivals are dated at the end of the year, when spring gets warmer on these lands. and usually bands come to play to Chile and Argentina too, so they have similar lineups on the 3 countries around the same dates. that´s what they use to do since mid-90s to make costs lower. so let´s wait and see what happens. heaven knows!

Hope is just not rumours...it is fair if they play there,it was many years they did and if I did not went to reading festival i 1998,I would not had the chance to see them...so in my Brazilian heart I wish you guys GOOD LUCK!and I will keep my fingers crossed...

May wasn't a rumour whatsoever Almanso. They were offered Porte Alegre and wanted to build a tour around that, but simply couldn't do it for matters outside their control.

November is now also a strong possibility too though.

I see your point Alejo, but the way you're saying it, make is sound like New Order can only play in festivals around here. That's not true. Recently there were some decent gigs in Brazil and none of them were held in festivals: Pearl Jam, U2, Oasis and Bunnymen, just to name the bigger ones.

Also, there's nothing wrong with concerts in May: there's going to be a Sisters Of Mercy gig in two weeks. Shame on me, I'm going to attend this one.

Hi everybody!!! :yeah: :thumb: :rolling: :D  :bow2:  Kisses everyone!!!

That's they way dates are displayed outside of America! :)

Don't think I'll either have enough money or holiday to make Argentina, even though it's a country I've never been to (and would like to go to)...

It looks like a South American tour in November is getting shape.

By the way Paty, is that really you in the picture? If so, I'm willing to go to Argentina, even without a New Order gig.

Where have you heard this, One Brain? I'll be well fucking annoyed if they end up playing Porto Alegre, cos in November I'm back in Britain!

Oh, and Gramado's only a couple of hours away from POA! I've seen it snow there twice!!

Anybody want to buy a guitar? Gonna need to sell it if they're doing South America!

If that is true, Alejo, get ready for the C2 Launch Party in November

I guess I will have to email the management to check on that one... I'm not announcing anything before I have confirmation this time.

don´t worry about it, we´re used to these kind of disappointments. and i don´t know why people keep believing these rumours. we should stick to the official voice of the management. if they don´t say anything then it´s not happening, period!

They didn't deny it, they said it was not confirmed.

Make it what you want, but don't cheer until it's a done deal...

Had a chat with Andy on Saturday. Got a couple of offers. Nothing confirmed though.

Can't they just say "yes"? :p We should make a petition or something.
