madrid tickets

ordered through seetickets, butnot arrived yet - anyone else done this & got them?

got this information a few week ago from tick tack ticket: You can collect your tickets either in any of our authorized outlets in Spain (until 72 hours before the concert*) or at the venue (any time from 2 hours before the doors open*) showing the purchase reference number, the credit card used to pay the tickets and the ID card or passport of the holder.

anyone know what's spanish for "the credit card I used to book the tickets doesnt actually exist, I just know the numbers" :\ohwell:

which is fine if you bought them through tick tack tickets...

Tarjeta is card, Carta is letter (I think )

Personally I would start with habla ingles (speak english?)and hope they say 'a little' which usually means quite alot..

I expect you will find a local who will speak english and help if needed & if all else fails, I will have a go for you.. I've got to collect my tickets from the venue..

In the same boat (my card number has changed totally, though) - just take the confirmation letter and some ID with you!

Try this: La tarjeta de crédito con la que reservé los tickets no existe ya, pero me conozco los números...

And yes: Card is Tarjeta... and Carta is Letter. False friend...

I was just going to bring the dead card and the e-mail print out.

Make sure you collect them with the three of your together, Nick's big enough to look scary!

Normally for this sort of thing if you have decent ID they are OK, don't know in Spain though.

I haven't got the option to use my old card, had to cut it up and send it back to my bank! :p

Ah well, will have to use my passport and hope it doesn't get nicked whilst in Spain!

can you get a letter off your bank confirming you had that card & why it had to be returned?

(get them to write it in spanish too!)
