According to the Argentinian edition of Rolling Stone magazine, New Order are indeed going to play at the Personal Fest in Buenos Aires on the 18th of November! http://www.rollingstonela.com/notaMostrar\_cs.asp?nota\_id=826433

We still need confirmation from the management, but it looks like the real thing, doesn't it?

I would think so, yes. Question is now can we get Almanso, Crisalida and NO74 on the support bill?

So, it's a festival in Buenos Aires?

Does this mean it's outdoors though, but still in the city itself?!

Yes. Oasis played it last year if i recall.

from the pictures in Q magazine, it looked like a festival in the middle of the city.

No, Oasis played on their own this year. Last year at this festival there was Duran Duran... I went in 2004 to see Primal Scream and it was, indeed, outdoors in a venue at the middle of the city. They haven't confirmed the venue for this year yet, but it'll surely be outdoors as well.
