shit no, in town first two weeks of October - Really wanted to catch one of London's top ten New Order tributes (Hi Will) and the band formerly known as Known Pleasures. WTF ever happened to Unknown Pleasures eh?.
Hopefully a London Order piss-up can be fitted in-between all these bloody gigs.
Anyway too busy buying this modest house:

No boots - there could yet be an official (NOOL through Retroforward) release coming from this event, a bit like the Electric Circus EP all those years gone by!
I INTEND to take a stereo feed from the mixer and a stereo ambient mic and record them to a laptop (if available). With any luck, on the Sunday I will be able to rough dump each band's set to CDR to be given to them at Wolves.
Worst case, I'll just take the mixer feed, ugly, but cheaper.
I would point out to the rest of you, that I'll NOT be doing copies for the masses. Those will have to come from the bands or through official NOOL channels.
What part of London is good to stay in for some Yanks going over the puddle for the first time? Going to the concert on Friday night, then the party the next night.
