More great live music over the airwaves with Joe Mace on the Dream Ticket. On tonight's show New Order provide the Headline Set and Interpol Fit The Bill.
I think this a Live Archive rather than the Bournemouth gig but I have emailed for confirmation.
In the past it's been Kilkenny 83 and Glasto 87. At least when they did Glasto they broadcast some of the 'missing' songs from the CD.
It could be Gmex which was broadcast on BBC Manchester. But probably Kilkenny or Glastonbury.
Will this be available via t'interweb afterwards? or do I have to perform some serious script-fu to get it recorded while I'm in Bournemouth.
I've downloaded REAL PLAYER to listen to BBC on computer,but can anybody recommend a program for recording radio to your computer?

Monty, I have a thingy for lifting realstreams directly, I will see if I can sniff out the installer and mail it to you ( if it still works with the BBC)
You might want to look at "realalternative" if you don't want realnetworks using your CPU all day to send them details of what you had for breakfast and when you last shat.

Do you have anything for ripping visual streams as well (ala Audacity)... (You can email me if....)
The stream ripper I speak of can do video too, only in RTSP ( realmedia) format tho. I will see if I still have the installer when I get home (gotta watch the F1 first, I'm dumping it to HD so I can start watching as soon as I get in). If I have no installer, I will see if the installed version can be copied and still work.
I used it to rip the realstreams for Southside and for the Apollo last year.
I'll record it off digital TV (Freeview @ 160kbps) and set up a weed if you like.

Im gonna tape it on a C90 cassette. Not quite figured how easy it will be to download it afterwards though.
