I should explain......we had someone called Jill Bryson start at our office, so I was looking at their site to see if it was her. It isn't, but then that pic came up. Hadn't seen it before, must have missed it when it was here before!

as Al and Ness say: it's been brought to their attention before, but via e-mail - I don't think I'd opened myself up to ridicule on-forum previously.
