Ya.. it was a bit strange split up into JD/NO guitarry songs/NO dancey songs.
Good stuff all round.

LONDON ORDER.
Just got back to Soton. Bing wide awake.
Awesome gig, For some silly reason had seated ticket but didn't matter casue managed to get hold of some standing ones. Big hugs for that Chris & Cath.
Doesn't look like we will be there on saturday or sunday so lots of big squidgy Mr & Mrs manic love to everyone that has made these gig s into more than just gong to see a band.
Cheers Chaps
New Order were absolute class tonight. Just when you think they're going through the motions, and expectations are perhaps understandably at a minimum, they go and produce a performance like that. Six JD songs on the spin at the start of the set was so unexpected but sublime all the same. Thereafter, all the old favourites went down a storm, with Ceremony and Temptation particularly riotous, and then to get Love Vigilantes as part of the encore was a major bonus. All in all a top notch performance which certainly rekindled the burning passions in this old heart of mine.
Awesome show, they really went for it and pulled out all the stops. Full credit to 'em. The sound was surprisingly good for Wembley as well, really clear!
Same set tomorrow night will do me fine!!!
Best of luck today Tim, hope it all goes well and just wish I could be there.![]()
Ma heids spinning and ma ears are ringing, too much beer and loud concerts tend to do that.
I'd just like to say to all those who said Wembley would be shite........told ye's :D
What a fucking night. Gotta be up there with the best of the last few years without doubt. The first couple of JD songs and the crowd were stood still, which helped me get to the front with three beers in my hands! But it all kicked off 3 songs in and the place erupted.
The band were fucking magic and so were all the fans down the front. This is a good sign for Wolves the morra. A full story to follow soon when this weekend is out the way.
See ye's all later for more drunken shenanigans!!!!!!
Top fucking night...I am sore in places I didn't even know I had muscles....only way it could have been better is if that bitch in front of me had choked on her own vomit or something...yeah you daft cow...I kept bumping into you because I fucking thought you were hot, so please, keep trying to dig those elbows into my ribcage....then her boyfriend got all pissed off when I grabbed her fucking elbow and slung her around...
I'm starting to worry, why is it I always end up around a miserable twat...ahh well...
That was fcuking awesome... Looks like I picked a good 'un for me first NO gig... Great set, Love Vigilantes was a massive bonus as it's me fave NO song... Sound was surprisingly good, and the crowd were ace - glad I threw caution to the wind and got down the front after the first couple of songs... Nice to finally meet so many of you before/during and after the gig... Just need to clam down and get some energy back before tonight now...
Snorri xxx
Lucozade baby...LUCOZADE...
I even went down to Boot's and picked up some vitamin tablets...fuck me, I'm becoming my mother...
Okay, I said that Wembley was going to be shit, but I was wrong. It was way better than I was expecting. Great crowd, great setlist, great atmosphere, great sound quality. This was quite possibly the most impressive New Order concert I have ever been to.
I even managed to go to the New Order dressing room after the concert (long story). Bernard asked me to get out there in a polite way, saying that they had to talk about business with the guy from the record company.
It was fantastic to meet you people again. See you again tonight.

Nicolas disapperead about half an hour after you left, Jeff. I met Andy Robinson in the after party and he asked about Nicolas, but he wasn't there anymore.
I did'nt make this one,and obviously gutted about it,but just got the lowdown off my brother who is still in London who said it was a fuckin class gig..He also said some crackin bloke sorted him and his mates out with Fac 383 Vikings badges and sent one along for me too..Got the message through our mam who said the guy was called SHUT! Wild stab in the dark here, but I bet it was SHUG! Am I right? Well am I?
What are the chances of that, considering our lad does'nt post here, and is a proper mong who will most likely lose my badge anyway...still though, nice touch ShugZV cheers man!
Missy here. It really was a fantastic gig, I was blown away. I realised they'd changed the setlist and had no idea what was due on next, which was refreshing after the last few gigs.
My feet are badly bruised due to about 100 people jumping on them (and i'm not exaggerating), I'm not complaining though, you can't be in the moshpit without gaining battle wounds.
Thanks to Midnight Blue for managing to get me a ticket on Wembley Way, apparently they were handing them out at the end of the gig but I missed out.
We didn't bother with the aftershow, we were all tucked up in bed by about 1.30.
Oh, and if anybody can get hold of a false beard for tonight, please let me know (not for me!)
BTW, did anyone bother with Maximo Park, or did you all arrive exactly two minutes before NO were due on, as always?

A few went early doors, but most of us seemed to commandeer an entire tube train late on!
Other memories from last night: Our favourite anti-Viking, Kevo of the Third, in his Ceremony t-shirt! And nice to see deejays still do requests. TinTin played Hashim just before the Order came on! (okay, so he probably would've played it anyways, but I'd like to think it was my badgering that did it!!!)
And who on earth said Wembley was gonna be shit, eh?! ![]()
Fucking marvellous. Bell-end here flogs his Wembley ticket for a variety of reasons, but largely because he couldn't be arsed with the Same Old Shit again, and then the fuckers decide to pull their fingers out of their arses.
If they don't play "Love Vigilantes" at Wolves I'm burning my flag. Again.
Hope Danny/Gin Soaked Boy enjoyed the show!
What's the chances at Wolves (being the last UK gig) they'll drop in there another they havent done yet on this tour? EGG maybe?!

You scared the hell out of me, so I decided to take the train asap ![]()
To be honest, we moved to the right place when you left (the other side), nothing seems to be happening, we couldn't get a seat.. I was soaked, I was tired, and I finally decided to get back to my hotel and managed to get the last trains.
I didn't think about transportation at all before you talked about it.. ![]()
Sorry Ricardo, I couldn't find you, I asked Chris to notify you.

More likely they'll drop a bollock, but here's hoping.....
Oh, BTW, serious nice gig and it was great seeing all those people (and I have probably forgotten 50% of the faces!)... so who did I see... hum.
Obviously Tim who brought me to the sound check, where I got an access all area pass that I didn't use that much as well as a lot of bracelets for the after party at Wembley I was asked to give "my crew" hehe.
I met Chris Nash, Philip Collin and Digital Mike at the Green Man where we went before the gig, because it would have been too long to go back to Baker Street. I also met other people I don't remember, sorry, very sorry.
Oh, we met Maya and Johnny on the street...!
I went in the venue alone and saw maybe the last 5 songs of Maximo Park, when I decided to move Hooky's side because I wanted to go in front to take pictures, but when I met a few people I decided to stay there... so basically I met Rocket Mick, Don, Ness, Nick King, saw Mr Jarvis and Johnny Giles, Will from Re : Order and Tim finally came back.. Old Blue.. for the others I'm sorry, but I didn't actually get your name right, and I didn't recognize you from pictures, and I'm terrible at remembering names.
After the show (which was awesome), I met Jeff, Robert Roy when they were trying to kick us out (so sorry for not talking too much!)... finally everybody was there, I also talked to Big Clive and was right in front of "Uncle John" and Lorraine ;)
I'll see you all back tonight I guess. I'm still going to sweat like a pig (f***** flu! damn it) and this time I still have my ears blocked from the speakers, but I'll be alive and well ;)
Cheers!
