Agree with much of the above, especially the gay stuff, but also learned that I am destined to always miss out on "the best New Order gig of the last 10 years".

Also, Tim, that's very sweet of you, but I am in fact male.

I've learned that we could have got a nightbus back to our digs in London at 3am instead of trying in vain to get a taxi. And also on that point that we should have obtained the numbers of taxi firms beforehand.

Oh and i'd also forgotten that Wolverhampton is such a dump

Lets start on a positive note

1- Seeing New Order isnt as good as it used to be 2- For some reason I still feel the need to trek across the country going to see them, and feel gutted when I cant make it 3- Dave Legge is a legend 4- Welsh Darren is also a legend 5- If you order a taxi at 2345, and they say 5 minutes, you can near enough guarantee it wont show up until after Midnight to charge you extra 6- Wolverhampton is the worst town I have been in since... well.. i dunno actually 7- New Order gigs start off good and then really tail off 8- The Set List needs an urgent shake up 9- That pub in Blackpool was awful. Never thought i'd say i wish we were in The Canterbury 10- Blue Monday really does suck 11- The pre match piss ups are better than the gigs- well most of the time anyway 12- Despite all of this, I'll carry on turning up regardless.

  8. Missy Jem is a MUCH better travelling companion than the casual observor of our favourite vimto smiled dancefloor acrobat might imagine. (she's not a patch on Romana or K9 though).
  9. Hotel rooms are ALWAYS too hot.
  10. bouremouth is a lovely place
  11. Wolverhampton isn't...although telling kids "fuck off this isn't America ya wee cunts" in response to "trick or treat", did endear the place to me. 12, The trains are great on the mainland.
  12. Until they're not, then they're REALLY bad.
  13. Boredom is my nemesis
  14. I still know one end of sound desk from t'other
  15. Cliff Richard is a much safer bet than NO

[1] Possibly this is related to the fact that folks what sound like me have stopped making bits of London vanish.

Yeah, I received 10 after show passes... and since I didn't go to the meet-up, I didn't know who to give them to... and we were pushed out of the venue before I met everybody.

Sorry Miss Disco, I just realized that you were the other brazilian talking with Ricardo.. brain cramp, so I do remember you ;) I also introduced you both to Tin God.

Yeah, I remember that. Three of us Brazilians on NOOL Day. Weird. I was a bit drunk at that time and told Fernando to fuck off for traveling to England and not attending any of the gigs.

I remember that too... Does Fernando live in London or he was there just for NOOL Day?

He lives in Sao Paulo, and went to England for NOOL Day, but it's weird to think he didn't go see New Order indeed.

He missed Pottsy actually.

Sorry to derail...

Are we talking of Fernando Lopez-de-Victoria who used to post to the old Ceremony mailing list? I used to read his posts like they were textbooks.

Is he going to be with us in Sao Paulo? I'd love to meet him.

Speaking for myself, not drinking too much assists dancing ability and maintaining co-ordination.

Hooky's stamina seems to be partly due to Lipton Iced Tea!!

Hang on, did someone come all the way from South America for NOOL day, and NOT see New Order?

If thats true, what a wierdo.
