Yes the infamous gig that The Buzzcocks brought to Manchester,which was attended by JD,Mozzer,Devoto and ....err Mick Hucknall.

Just found out this was filmed by Pete Shelley,and it's whole 20 minute set is going to be shown at the Manchester International Festival from next weekend,particularly at the Pavillion Tent outside of Manchester Central (G-MEX).

Was talking to this customer at Manchester Post Office who's someone behind the Festival,who was posting letters to Hooky,Barney,Mike Joyce,Andy Rourke,and two of Doves.Whether it's an invite to appear at the festival....or to perform?

Ginger knob once stated in a tv iterveiw that he did not attend the gig. 24hpp tells a different story.AHW seems to add more names to the list of attendees as the years roll on.

In fact I remember meeting some young lad called Peter (I think), he was mesmerised by the performance so I went over and told him to buy a bass and start a band. I wonder what happened to him...

Up until recently he was still playing bass in a Re: Order tribute band... Can't remember their name... He's still available to DJ at weddings, birthdays and bar mitzvahs...
