Hooky did a great set and everybody had a great time dancing and watching him spin. Ruby Skye was a cool venue in my opinion, and hopefully Hooky will be back in S.F. to spin (or rock his bass) again soon.

NO/JD songs played based on my memory: Krafty, BLT, LWTUA, Blue Monday, I'm sure there were snippets of a few more thrown in. It was great for me to see "The Happy One" there and also meet a few other fans from the JD period (who apparently hadn't heard about the Control movie!?).

People still hanging around to dance to the Sex Pistols "Anarchy in the UK" to me, meant the crowd was pretty cool also.

These last few pics. are of my friends at monocase.com and Hooky:

Double that and you're nearer the mark, Michael.

(Or halve the time, the choice is yours!)

That's a good point. Anyone would think he was a Bass player, not a DJ :skeptic:

You've missed the last week's worth of action, Kershie so they'll probably let you off with a written warning and smacked palms. This kind of personal abuse of Hooky contravenes everything this site has ever stood for as detailed under "NewOrderOnline.com Terms of Use & Community Standards" and this filth will no longer be tolerated.

Oh, and you'll probably incur the wrath of everyone Hooky has ever said 'Hello' to in his life. Or has seen him DJ. Or just loves him from afar.

Iron his shirt? Iron his fcuking shirt?!! Steve and Barney's shirts were way more dishevelled on this particular day (Steve's didn't even have a collar) and, after all, when all is said and done, Hooky was wearing that shirt for YOU!

I'm just glad Revenge are no longer an ongoing concern: we'd all get a ban for saying their output was (mostly) shit.

£800 for 2 hours? I don't know if that is cheap or costly.

Question, how much does New Order charge per gig? And how much is Hooky's share?

All I know is that Trance DJ Paul Oakenfold the most expensive DJ, (£25,000 per gig). Wow! That's lots of money for a gig! And his chicks for free!

Indeed!

It's cheap. He charges 2-3 times that over here now.
