I've just booked a ticket to get out there direct from Glasgow. Not booked my return yet because the Easyjet flight back to Edinburgh I want is advertised at £68 if you book it in Sterling but over a tonne if you book it in zloty's (as I'll have to do cos I'm travelling one way). What the fuck is that about???????
Rynair used to do something similar but they stopped it. It used to be cheaper for me to book a single from Stansted to Pescara (in Italy) and then another single for the return leg cos the EUR price was about half the price of the Stertling price. Used this anomaly to my advantage going to Barca a few times also.
No happy that it's working against me now. Would love to know the reasoning behind it. Robbin' cunts.
Good news for Australian Kraftwerk fans ![]()
Global Gathering, the global festival brand, has announced the first round of acts confirmed for this year's tour of Australia.
The techno forefathers Kraftwerk are, of course, the major draw, but they'll be joined by Amy Winehouse producer Mark Ronson, Sasha, Above & Beyond, Felix Da Housecat, LA Riots, the Orb, Larry Tee and Fischerspooner. (Fischerspooner's visit will mark the first time that the electroclashers have made it to Australia.)
More acts are expected to be announced soon, but we're guessing this lineup should be enough to convince any Aussie when tickets go on sale September 1st.
Nov 22 Global Gathering, Sidney Myer Music Bowl, Melbourne Nov 23 Global Gathering, The Esplanade, Perth Nov 29 Global Gathering, Brisbane Turf Club, Brisbane Nov 30 Global Gathering, Hordern Pavilion, Sydney

Anyone else had the e mail regarding the time to get to the gig? you must arrive an hour before and if you dont you will be refused entry. A bit strange in my humble opinion, plus i think the translation might be a bit wonky, as they seem to be pretty threatening about being caught with cameras etc.

8.45? Bit early no? Our apartment is apparently right next to the old town square but I'm not sure. Blondy booked it.
Not looking good for me at the moment folks.
Uni admissions have lost my passport. And I have an assesment on the Monday morning which is worth half a module. I think someone is telling me not to go to this.
