Yeah, that's the kiddy. Might be a different pub though, Alex is going out drinking with the Third Battalion somewhere round there! 
I ain't got your number now (got dipped in Rome and lost Sim card) so can't let you know where we are - I'm still on the old number though.

best bit was the train home today
magazine got on my train back to manchester at dinner time so i went to the bottom of the carrage to shake all their hands.
when we landed at manc piccadilly i spotted the band go down the lift to the taxi rank,so i got the lift down and saw howard devoto getting into the back of a black cab.i was still tipsy from the night before and i got in the other side of his cab while phoning monty on my mobile.devoto jumped out of his skin when i suddenly appeared next to him in his cab. i said to devoto ' say hello to my mate monty ' and gave him my phone,he said ' hello monty ' in a sarcastic tone.so i said ' thats not good enough,say hello again!! ' he did.
then i phoned my brother and said ' right say hello to my brother now ' it was like an alan partridge moment with his stalker.when i got out i half expected him to shout MENTALIST out his cab window
