5-a-side social

And you forgotten.... the long lost idea of a NOOL 5-a-side match and following social, originally mooted as part of the NOOLday festivities.

[please note: this is not a subtle roll-call for any yet to-be-announced gigs.] I'm hoping that some saturday in december we'll have a festive get together and there will be enough interest and fresh legs for a pre-drink kickabout.

First day of the season so it's hard to predict but ...the astroturf must be rebuilt.

i'll come to cheer whoever players on and of course for the post match drink .but i aint got any 'foot' wear to actually play

Used to play here as kids - train there sometimes but think you can hire it out.

hmmm if only i had come up with an idea for a prospective meet up that didn't involve the dreadful hectoring of that pre-order shower. I wish I had, because people would like me more....

after 8 weeks of consecutive weekends driving around the country. I'm hoping for some social action a little closer to home. if you've got astroturf suitable heels and decent ball control, you're welcome to come too...

i would be up for this depending on where it is. im a spurs fan though lol

Not sure I can be arsed running around a football pitch but could certainly be tempted into a pub.

theres an astroturf pitch in the park facing me we can kick the kids off it,then up to mine for tea and biscuits
