Orbital-Get Loaded In The Park

Orbital have been confirmed as the headliners for this year's Get Loaded In The Park.

The event takes place at London's Clapham Common on the August Bank Holiday (August 30).

The gig is set to be the newly reformed band's only London festival appearance of the year. Early bird tickets for the event are on sale now, while tickets go on general sale from 9am (GMT) on Thursday (February 26).

"We're really excited to be playing at Get Loaded," Orbital's Paul Hartnoll said about headlining the festival.

"It should be a fantastic way to end the summer festival season, and we've heard some great reports from friends who have been. It's brilliant to be playing a big outdoor show in London."

The reformed dance duo will play the Glastonbury spin-off event, which will take place at a currently secret location near Winchester between July 16 and 19.

The festival site will be revealed just ahead of this year's event.

The Glade festival, a spin-off of the Glastonbury field of the same name, will feature the Avalon Field for the first time, which is being billed as a psychedelic "festival within a festival".
