I was planning to go but my friend has got me a ticket to see Madonna at the O2 arena - free transport, accommodation, drinks, VIP entry, the works. I haven't liked Madonna since the early 90's but I'd be a fool to say no to that.
(I'd rather be at ACR though)
It's a fleeting visit dahling, don't have time to catch up with Queenie either.
You and Bonz will have to wait until next time ![]()

Leeds was full of em this afternoon, the hot weather brings them out. I'll be there.
Good gig, highlights were (obviously) Shack up and a top rendition of Heart & Soul. Would have preferred more classics than the new stuff but there you go.
Alex made the most of Pear Cider at £2.20 a pint and despite the pn badge was somewhat reticent about his ManUre trait, Just as well really bearing in mind the number of genuine 1980's service crew that were stood behind him. Decided not to tell you Alex in case it spoiled your night.
Andy Sayer and Jim'll completed the lot from here, didn't see Niel.
Canny gaff, 200 good souls sporting some nice threads.
Alongside JT & ATR crack, highlights for me were talking to two Blackburn lads who appreciated their Adidas heritage - a pair of Blue 'Dublin's' & a knackered pair of 'Tom Okker's'. Quality
Song wise, similar to recent shows, nice to hear The Fox, Forced Laugh, Mickey Way & Knife Slits Water. Caught up with Moscropp n Quigley out in car park (when we had a bifter) and they said the album 'should' get a UK release hopefully later this year...
