Bad Lieutenant have announced a series of UK gigs for March.

Bernard Sumner's band will play in Sheffield, Glasgow, London, Preston and Liverpool, kicking off on March 15.

They have also announced the release of a new single, 'Twist Of Fate', on March 22. They are set to play as-yet unannounced gigs in the USA in April.

Bad Lieutenant will play:

Sheffield Leadmill (March 15) Glasgow Garage (16) London Electric Ballroom (18) Preston 53 Degrees (20) Liverpool Masque (21)

Excellent Norbert. I reckon we meet up in The Mad Ferret, the pub opposite 53 Degrees. It's a music theme pub and boasts an Unknown Pleasures roller blind (which may be coming home with me!)

Yeah It was the Guild Hall, got invaded by Leeds and Blackburn Youth! Had to defend the home turf. Didn't use any stiletos though

Does anyone remember the huge guy with the mohican who walked across stage and jumped into the middle of it all? No one was gonna mess with him! Think he was part of Factory security or something.

Will be heading for a beer or three pre and post London at Lockside Lounge. http://locksidelounge.com/ Just up the road and owned by a couple of New Order fans who will also be at the gig. I think they're trying to organise a 'Factory only' play list for the evening.

Lockside Lounge have confirmed a Factory only play list for the night, pre and post gig. I think they're open until 1.00am or 2.00am afterwards. http://locksidelounge.com/ Just five minutes walk up at Camden Lock market.

It's a little walk away and a bit pricy if i recall. We do like to slide from pub effortlessly into venue.

So it's the Worlds End for me, I think.

Besides we need somewhere not too noisy, so we can all talk to 79 order.
