New Order dedicate their set to Ian Curtis as they close Benicassim 2012

New Order headlined the final night of Benicassim festival in Spain last night, with frontman Bernard Sumner dedicating the band's set to Joy Division singer Ian Curtis, whose birthday would have been yesterday (July 15).

WOW!!!!!!!!! Listening to Bernard jam on his guitar during TPK made me realize that we need to update the Cock to Kiss cd. From the 2:50 moment onward I can almost forgive them for ditching the 3rd verse. The 4:00 mark is a sonic orgasim that makes one shout out "Where the fuck you been Barney??!!??" Ubermatic! Makes the song so damn fresh it reminded me of the very first time I listened to it without distraction and a head full of weed.
