Placed my order almost a month ago and heard nothing, and I see I'm not the only one

Since Mike seems to be the busiest man on earth, I'll try to explain the situation.

If you didn't get your order yet, it's because it's back-ordered and sometimes even our supplier (Object) is back-order, which causes us many troubles.
We closed the shop to take care of all the orders and make sure they will be completed ASAP, even in Xmas shopping season!
You can always get refunded, we have no problem doing that, if it's too long for you.
The shop won't allow people to order items not in inventory anymore once we re-open it to avoid THAT. We are sick of waiting for people's order and our system with PayPal forces us to get paid before the shipping is done, which we obviously hate.
