New polls... and you know them! So do your duty and vote!

Now, if only Jim could see those threads, it would help... someone need to send him the direct link to the poll thread!

Those are the last polls for the first round! Then it will be the same song elimination polls!

we just added a new poll: Versificator. we were preparing this one and we didn´t have enough time yesterday. so it was up today. :shrug:

these are the last pre polls. once they´re finished we´ll start with the face offs. that is, artists that sent the same song have to compete in order to know which one gets to the final round. so we´ll have at the end all different artists with all different songs.

i gotta say almanso, you had some of the best covers. some covers were altogether *too* similar to the originals.

i gotta say almanso, you had some of the best covers. some covers were altogether *too* similar to the originals. thanks. but there are some *too* different from the originals too. i think the main issue is that they have to be enough different but have to contain the esence of the song as well. and, of course, they have to be well performed. ;) when you get the balance right you have a winner, IMHO.

The covers are passing right now my "patience" test...

I have 18 on CDs.. in the car, and I'll know which one I will chose when I will be able to listen to them without skipping them..

I know there are 2 I skipped on that bunch, leaving 16.. not bad, since I should get 15 ;)

Altough it's not the way it will work, but those will have my 15 best notes for sure..
