dunno, seems kinda fitting. in my opinion it's better than the heart and soul box cover.
i dont know about this limited edition???? i wouldnt be surprised if there was a billion of them and they were all cd-rs or something the shirt design isnt ready yet itll probably say hahaha you have been riped of im waiting for more information before i consider ordering it

Factory Too also ceased to exist when Mr. Wilson had a "misunderstanding" with London Records.
The aforementioned "March of the Scarecrows" actually came out on "Factory Records" although it carried a Factory Too catalogue number.
It seems fairly unlikely that this "new" item has anything to do with Factory one way or another...
Incidentally, on a tragic note, I actually sent the response postcard that came with Preston off and asked them when they were going to release the Amsterdam gig officially! Serve me bloody well right won't it!!:)

it is quite a bizarre legal scenario with the fac(factory numbers).
by all accounts the word fac is not actually copyrighted but the numbers are .
although the word in itself will always be synononomous with factory records people do have the right to use it at their will.,however,
try and use fac308/etc without any permission or without any abbreviation any you are liable for prosecution under the copyright laws of the united kingdom.
so if for example if you tried to name your product fac409. you would not be able to do so as the fac name and number is associated/regularly expected to be an official factory records licenced product.
even thought the name does not officially exist/the company is no longer in operation the name fac with any un-abreviated number at the end is a breach of the uk copyright laws.
this is why the new fac numbers are abbreviated.
however,this is not to state that the directors of the comany did not sell their rights to some/part of the fac and associated number/s.
