Got a CD from Don a while back, and today I finally got a chance to listen to it.....it was recorded from the Peter Saville Exhibition, wher Saville himself attended and gave a talk on all things arty and farty:D

One fantastic piece of neworder information was how the song YSF was put together. Basically there was a notepad outside in a hall in the studio where they were recording and rehearsing PCL. Barney, Hooky and Steve would take it in turns to go out and write down a line, after a while it was all mixed together and became YSF. So if you were thinking the lyrics were a bit mad.....now you know why!

Very interesting stuff:nod:

My favourite story from the recording of PCL was how Barney was mostly off his face with performance enhancing substances, and used to walk around the studio in a white lab coat, smacking the others with one of the wooden metre rulers that physics teachers always had to draw on the blackboard with.
