What does exactly Barney say?

Hey guys, I'd like to know exactly what Barney says in the introduction of the song "Your Silent Face" live in Cologne. Sometimes is hard to understand for me because my English is not that good. It seems that he says:

"Hi Cologne! Are you having a good time? Because I fucking don't like it!..." (That's what I've heard. Beyond that I could not understand.) If he said that, what's the reason?

He says 'it doesn't look litke it'. I think so, at least...

I think it's funny because it seems he had forgotten what he would say or thought better and didn't say it. Sorry, but I found it funny.

Funny sidetrack: Introducing Your Silent Face during a show in Atlanta in 1983, Barney says something like "If you like reggae you'll like this song". I found that amusing...
