Hope all is well. I just wanted to extend an invitation to you to be a part of an event that I'm planning... Friday, January 16th 2004
This will be the first in a series that I will be producing around town. These nights are an alternative to what is being offered in Nightclubs rite now... Definitely geared towards the 25 and older folks and true music lovers... The series is called: "RELATED"
The first one kicks off with a night dedicated to the music of my personal favorite band in dance music... NEW ORDER
The night will feature the music of:
New Order
Joy Division
Warsaw
Electronic
Monaco
Revenge
The Other Two
Side projects ... covers... Factory related music, etc.
It will be at Smart Bar (Where else would we do a night like this?) Friday Jan 16th 2003.
I have always wanted to do a night like but, I didn't want to do it unless it could be done in the rite way. We will include some of your favorite DJs, producers and fans of their music. Everyone will be spinning a set of their personal favorites plus their own re-edits and remixes. Plus a few artist that will be recreating some of their album covers and art work live.
