It was interesting hearing stories about the G-Mex show in 88 (where is the set list in the tours and concerts section?) I was browsing the set lists and noticed the Brotherhood sets seemed pretty fucking good. I'm intersted in how Every Little Counts was played live? was it short? Did Barney giggle everytime? I doubt it but i'd love to have seen that tour. Anyone remember?

As you may have realised, we don't have EVERY setlist to EVERY New Order concert that was ever made, and unless the band kept track of that themselves, that will never happen.
But if you do have setlists that we don't, we'd be happy to add them.

I would have thought a webmaster would have pointed this out - I only stumbled across this site the other day, its fairly comprehensive.

I just checked the Technique Tour listing and haven't seen any show at the G-Mex in 1988... nor any at the G-Mex for the whole Technique Tour.
If someone has a PRECISE DATE for that show, I'd appreciate.

You've got it listed already - 17 December 1988 at the Exhibition Centre instead of G-MEX.
G-MEX, as far as I know, stands for Greater Manchester Exhibition Centre.
Looks like the ticket for the show is there as well. I would still like to know about the Brotherhood tour. The set lists look excellent. Did they do a medley of Every Little Counts and Walk on the Wild Side? How long did Elegia last?
Like I said Seb, presumably somebody running this site must have put the G'Mex Technique show up there.
I would have hoped you would have monitored at least the fundamental priorities of the site i.e. where New Order have actually gigged - whereas day to day banter such as those featured on these pages could be left alone. I would have said this particular gig, in their home town, was fairly important.
But what do I know.
speaking of set lists, i was looking at the set list for the hollywood bowl show during the republic tour. the list says that NO encored with blue monday. i was at that show and i don't remember them playing blue monday. the last song i heard was fine time. anyone else out there remember blue monday at the hollywood bowl?
